As your Instructor, I bring a wealth of experience in educational design and a passion for personal growth to the learning environment. I hold a BA (Hons) in Business Management Studies and an MSc in Communication, and I'm currently engaged in further postgraduate studies. My career spans various roles where I have been dedicated to nurturing talent and fostering learning cultures within organisations.

I'm deeply invested in the principles of lifelong learning and behavioural change, grounded in my own journey through academia as someone with dyslexia and ADHD. As a fluent British Sign Language user, I also embody the importance of accessible communication and inclusivity.

My professional life has been diverse, from creating impactful learning and development programmes to managing the challenges of a critical contact tracing centre during the Covid-19 pandemic. I've worked extensively in high-pressure, outcome-focused environments and have successfully led teams to deliver excellence in service and performance.

Outside of work, I'm a devoted husband and father, with a love of aviation that takes me to new heights, both literally and metaphorically. I aim to bring this same level of dedication and enthusiasm to supporting each of you in achieving your academic and professional goals.
